Courteney brings an extensive career in market research, consumer insights, and marketing strategy to CourtLynn Inc. As the CEO, she provides the strategic direction and day-to-day management for CourtLynn. She also provides strategic guidance and expertise to clients, speaks at conferences, and runs engaging workshops. 

Chief Insights Officer

Kathy's career has spanned over four decades in market research. As a seasoned moderator, Kathy utilizes her ability to "get people talking," resulting in impactful and informative insights. As the CIO, she provides leadership and strategic direction to CourtLynn's Insights Team and provides clients with strategic expertise to that leads to action.

Chief Strategy Officer

Donna has over three decades of experience helping companies make strategic and tactical marketing decisions based on data.  As the CSO,  she works closely with our Insights team translating insights into strategy. She leads the strategic team responsible for building market strategy and alignment.
